Bright Hollow Residence | Las Vegas, NV

This 7,983 sf single-family residence abuts natural BLM land with views of Blue Diamond Hill and Bridge Mountain. Differing layers of materials create a stratification similar to the landscape beyond. Voids are eroded from the 3 story structure leaving courtyards, decks, windows, and skylights. The resulting experience connects interior and exterior spaces, whether it be man-made or natural landscapes. Strategically positioned openings, deep covered decks and louvers mitigate the harsh desert sun, yet allow daylight to stretch far within the residence.
